Sometimes your fellow colleague asks you to review his presentation created in Keynote on MacOS. And you’re running Windows. Don’t you worry, there’s an a̶p̶p̶ workaround for that — iCloud:

Steps to view Keynote file on Windows
  1. Upload your .key file to iCloud Drive
  2. Open it in browser on iCloud.com
  3. That’s it!

If you want to view it offline, you can export it to PDF by clicking “Print”—it’ll generate a PDF file.

“Simples!”, isn’t it? ;-)
